How it is stored

Patient records are stored in Cliniko, a secure cloud-based practice management platform used by Australian health practitioners. Cliniko stores data on servers located in Australia and complies with Australian privacy law.

How long we keep records

Adult records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last treatment
Records for clients who were minors at the time of treatment are retained until they reach 25 years of age, or 7 years from last treatment — whichever is longer

Who your information may be shared with

Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where:

Required to process a private health fund rebate on your behalf
Disclosure is required by law (e.g. a court order or mandatory reporting obligation)
There is a serious and immediate threat to your safety or the safety of others
You have requested a referral to another health practitioner

We do not sell or share your health information for marketing purposes.
