Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session cost.
  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please reach out, and I will do my best to resolve your concerns.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications before your session. If you are unsure whether massage or sound healing is suitable for you, consult your healthcare provider.
  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I believe it is not safe or appropriate.

4. Mobile Massage & Corporate Bookings

  • Additional travel fees apply for mobile services and will be confirmed before booking.
  • Corporate and group bookings require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the session.

5. Respect & Professionalism

  • All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge that massage and sound healing are complementary therapies and not substitutes for medical treatment. I am not liable for any pre-existing conditions or adverse reactions.
