Combining deep pressure, muscle manipulation, and targeted techniques, remedial massage addresses pain, tension, and muscle imbalances. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for relief, I tailor every treatment to your specific needs.
Relaxation / Recovery
This treatment is all about slowing down, breathing deeply and blissing out. Combining swedish massage, with guided meditation and sound therapy. This is the perfect treatment to take time out of your busy life for some TLC.

In this 90-minute session, you'll start with a personalized consultation to address your specific needs. Then, I’ll use a blend of therapeutic techniques to target your pain and help you find relief. At the end, you'll receive home exercise suggestions to support your recovery.
Mobile Massage Therapy
Mobile treatments are available in the Redlands City area and surrounding suburbs. An additional fee applies for this service.
