3. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients must accurately disclose relevant medical history, allergies, injuries, and conditions (e.g., pregnancy, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or neurological disorders). Wellness with James is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

4. Massage Therapy Considerations

  • Contraindications: Certain health conditions (such as blood clots, infections, or open wounds) may prevent treatment.
  • Pain Management: Deep tissue, remedial, and Thai massage involve firm pressure. Clients must communicate their comfort level, as mild discomfort may occur, but excessive pain should be reported immediately.

7. Hygiene & Conduct Policy

  • Personal Hygiene: Clients must arrive clean and free from contagious conditions.
  • Appropriate Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No refunds are provided for completed services.
  • Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable in case of late cancellations or no-shows.

9. Mobile Massage Terms

  • Travel fees apply for mobile services outside designated areas.
  • A safe and quiet environment must be provided for mobile treatments. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be canceled without a refund.
