I help people move past pain and tension so they can get back to doing what they love.
After overcoming my own health challenges — including a long recovery from cancer — I understand how pain and fatigue can impact every part of life.
That’s why I focus on finding and treating the cause of your discomfort, so you can feel better for longer.
Remedial massage is a targeted, therapeutic treatment designed to address the root cause of pain, tension, or dysfunction in your body. It’s not just about relaxation — it’s about results.
Each session is tailored to your specific needs and may include deep tissue techniques, trigger point work, or gentle release depending on your body and goals.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just feeling out of balance, remedial massage helps restore movement, function, and ease.
Myofascial release is a gentle, sustained technique that targets the fascia — the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles and organs. When fascia gets restricted (from stress, injury, or poor posture), it can create tension and pain that doesn't respond to regular massage.
This technique helps lengthen and unwind tight areas slowly, creating space and restoring natural movement.
Cupping is a technique that uses suction cups to lift and release tension from the muscles and fascia. It improves blood flow, helps flush toxins, and can provide deep relief for stubborn areas.
Dry needling uses fine, sterile needles to release tight muscles, deactivate trigger points, and reduce pain. It can be especially helpful for deep knots or chronic conditions that aren’t responding to massage alone.
Sound therapy works with tuning forks, bowls, and vibration to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. It’s subtle, but powerful — especially when tension is linked to stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.

Please wait quietly, as there may be a class in session, and help yourself to tea or water before your appointment.
I accept cash and card payments. HICAPS is available for on-the-spot private health fund claims.
